 <note>ABSTRAK&#13;
Bahasa Indonesia merupakan mata pelajaran penting dalam pendidikan, karena mata pelajaran ini&#13;
dipelajari dari jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini, hingga pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu pemetaan&#13;
penguasaan kompetensi mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempersiapkan&#13;
pembelajaran yang lebih baik lagi khususnya pada kompetensi yang masih lemah. Penelitian ini bertujuan&#13;
untuk memperoleh pemetaan terhadap kompetensi mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan hasil&#13;
Ujian nasional Berstandar Nasional melalui dua aspek yaitu lingkup materi uji dan level kognitif.&#13;
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penentuan&#13;
penguasaan kompetensi, akan digunakan persentase pencapaian kompetensi. Penelitian ini menganalisis&#13;
data sekunder berupa jawaban USBN Bahasa Indonesia tahun 2019 dari 11.600 siswa SD/MI di&#13;
Kabupaten Temanggung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh fakta, pertama penguasaan materi yang&#13;
masuk dalam kategori cukup adalah membaca non sastra dengan penguasaan kompetensi sebesar 68%,&#13;
menulis terbatas sebesar 64%, dan menyunting kata/istilah, frase, kalimat, paragraph, ejaan dan tanda&#13;
baca sebesar 62%, sedangkan membaca sastra dengan persentase 75% masuk kategori baik. Kedua,&#13;
berdasarkan level kognitif yang diujikan, penguasaan kompetensi pada dimensi pengetahuan dan&#13;
pemahaman sebesar 75%, dimensi aplikasi sebesar 68%, dan dimensi penalaran sebesar 59%, hasil ini&#13;
menunjukkan bahwa fasilitasi guru dalam dimensi kognitif yang lebih tinggi perlu ditingkatkan lagi.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Indonesian is an important subject in education because this subject is studied from early childhood&#13;
education to higher education. Therefore, mapping the mastery of Indonesian language subject&#13;
competencies is needed to prepare for better learning, especially for weak competencies. This study aims to&#13;
obtain a mapping of the competence of Indonesian subjects based on the results of the National&#13;
Standardized National Examination through two aspects, namely the scope of the test material and the&#13;
cognitive level. This research is quantitative, using descriptive analysis. Determination of mastery of&#13;
competence and the percentage of competence achievement will be used. This study analyzed secondary&#13;
data in the form of Indonesian Language USBN answers in 2019 from 11,600 SD/MI students in the&#13;
Temanggung Regency. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained facts, firstly, mastery of material&#13;
that is included in the sufficient category is non-literary reading with 68% mastery of competence, limited&#13;
writing of 64%, and editing of words/terms, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, spelling, and punctuation by&#13;
62%. , while reading literature with a percentage of 75% is in a good category. Second, based on the&#13;
cognitive level tested, the mastery of competence in the knowledge and understanding dimensions is 75%,&#13;
the application dimension is 68%, and the reasoning dimension is 59%, these results indicate that teacher&#13;
facilitation in higher cognitive dimensions needs to be improved.&#13;
